Learning With Focus Diffusion Patterns
learning is about creating shortcuts or patterns for understanding or solving problems that the brain is familar with. often characterized by storing in the longer term memory, that can be brought into short term memory to operate on specific challenges. focussed thinking and diffused thinking both play a role in this learning

Learning is about creating patterns in the brain between neurons.
These patterns help solve questions or challenges that the brain is familiar
with.
These patterns are learnt first by concentrating on the problem and allowing the
brain to diffuse think about these ideas to attempt to find solutions.
Once these patterns are established, they have to be committed to memory by
spaced repetition or reminding about these ideas in intervals.
There are many ways people learn. I think I learn best by doing and trying out
the options.
Often the fundamental ideas that are required for the efficient tries need
reading and learning by seeing.
