Behaviour: The supervisor in the omnichannel supervisor is not able to see the voice calls.
While the omni channel supervisor is a specialised app, with its own access.
The reason that didnt work was since the supervisor and the consultant both have
the same role.
By the principles of standard sharing, the access is limited to records owned
by users in the role hierarchy chain or by any other sharing access, like a
sharing rule.
